As part of the 2023 Heart of the City Festival, Chinatown Together is hosting a screening of  Karen Cho 曹嘉伦’s documentary Big Fight in Little Chinatown, on Friday November 3. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with local activists and organizers.

Featuring Kam Wai Dim Sum and voices from our very own Chinatown, Big Fight in Little Chinatown draws a narrative stretching across time and geographic distance, sharing the challenges that have and continue to face Chinatowns across North America.
